摘要
体能水平是篮球运动技术和战术的基础。通过查阅文献、调查研究以及实地观察,对高校篮球队体能现状进行分析,发现其中不足,如训练强度较低,手段单一等问题。为此改善训练方法,提高体能训练水平是当务之急,本文为进一步加强篮球运动队体能训练提供参考。
Physical fitness level is the foundation of basketball technique and tactics, through litera- ture review, research and field observations on the current situation of physical basketball team analyzed and found deficiencies, such as low intensity training, tools and other single issue. For this reason improv- ing training methods to improve the level of physical training is a priority, reference herein to further im- prove the basketball team physical training.
