摘要
目的观察运动想象疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复的影响。方法 80例患者分成两组,两组均给予常规康复训练,实验组又进行了运动想象治疗。结果随着治疗时间的延长,实验组的上肢FMA评分和MAS评分均好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论运动想象疗法可以有效改善患者的上肢功能。
Objective To observe the effect of motor imagery therapy on upper limb function recovery of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups, the two groups were given routine rehabilitation training, the experimental group and the exercise of imagination. Results With the prolongation of treatment time, the upper limb FMA score and MAS score of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Exercise therapy can effectively improve the upper limb function of patients.
