摘要
随着我国港口不断发展和完善,海运量也在逐年的增加,但是天津港海关的业务量已经饱和,需要扩展其经济腹地,建立一个特殊的结构——无水港,来分担海关的业务,让港内货物能够及时进出港。因此,天津港要加快发展,快速提升港口综合竞争能力,仍要加强内陆无水港的建设。然而,在建设过程中仍然需要克服出现的问题。文中主要论述天津港的无水港的发展现状和在无水港建立过程中存在的问题,并对其所存在的问题提出相应的对策。
With the continuous development of China's ports and improve the volume of seaborne traffic is also increasing year by year,but the Tianjin Port Customs business volume has been saturated,it is necessary to expand its economic hinterland,the establishment of a special structure-water port to share the customs business,So that port cargo can be timely access to Hong Kong. Therefore,Tianjin Port should speed up the development,enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the port. The construction of inland dry ports should be strengthened. However,in the construction process still need to overcome the problems.This paper mainly discusses the present situation of the development of the dry ports in Tianjin Port and the existing problems in the process of the construction of the dry ports,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to the existing problems.
