摘要
主要论述了定型成套球铰的安装施工工艺及控制要点,严格按照规范对球铰的安装进行控制。对球铰重要部位,如上下盘、撑脚、沙箱等结合转体角度进行了精确定位,同时对沙箱预压、上下盘临时固结设计了简易的施工方法。
The article describes installation technology and control key points of spherical hinge.Strictly according railway code to control the installation of spherical hinge, for important parts of spherical hinge such as Bottom-top rotary table, shore, sandbox and combined with the rotation angle of the precise positioning,and for sandbox preload, the Bottom-top rotary table temporary consolidation designed a simple construction methods.
