摘要
大学的理念是大学的思想、精神和灵魂,是大学职能和大学文化的集中体现,决定这所大学的思维方式、发展方向和奋斗目标。大学理念表现的先进或落后、成熟或稚嫩、正确或错误、系统或碎片的不同状态,对社会的发展、社会思潮的形成起着不同的引领作用。铜仁学院形成了基于大学职能的四大核心理念,本文着重对"明德铸魂、致用立本"作为学校人才培养质量的道德高度和价值尺度的核心理念进行诠释和探讨。
The schooling concept of a university is its ideology, spirit and soul, and is also the concentratedreflection of functions and culture of a university. It also decides the way of thinking, development direction andgoal of the university. The different leading roles a university plays in formation of the ethos and social developmentdepend on whether the concept of a university is advanced or backward, developed or immature, correct or incorrect,systematic or fractional. Tongren University has built up four core concepts based on the functions of universities.This paper interprets and discusses the core concepts with “spiritual cultivation with morality and foundation layingwith practicability” as the high moral level and measure value for talent cultivation quality of schools.
