摘要
市场营销战略是企业开展市场营销的基础前提和重要保证。面对当今日益激烈的市场竞争,企业要想提升自己的核心竞争力,获取生存和发展的机会,就需要创新市场营销战略。据此,通达总结当前企业市场营销战略存在的问题,并有针对性地提出创新市场营销战略:树立创新型的现代营销理念,制定全面的营销战略,坚持以市场为导向的信息机制,建立健全激励机制和责任追究制度,采取针对性的策略完善企业市场营销体系,使企业在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地。
It is clear that China plays a more and more important role in global economic development. There is no doubt that marketing strategies should be innovated and kept up with the new normal of world market competition, if the enterprises want to enhance their core competitive competence and can survive under the fiercely competitive situation. Therefore, the paper summarizes the current problems and puts forward some recommendations on how to make fully use of countermeasures and effectively to formulize integrated marketing strategies. Surely, it is essential to insist on the market-based informational mechanism and establish inspirational and accountability system. The purpose is to adoptthe specific strategies and take up more market shares.
