低频脉冲超声联合mulligan方法对膝骨关节炎的疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨应用LFPU联合Mulligan手法治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效和机制。方法收集192例样本,随机分3组,A组(n=65):LFPU+Mulligan;B组(n=65)单纯LFPU组;C组(n=62)单纯Mulligan。治疗前和治疗后8周采用VAS评分进行评估膝骨关节炎严重指数计分、屈伸肌群肌力测定、关节液IL-1、MMP-9变化量。结果 A组总有效率为92.30%(60/65),B组83.1%(54/65),C组74.2%(46/62),A组疗效优于B组及C组,B组优于C组,各组间均有统计学差异(P<0.05);膝骨关节炎严重指数计分、屈伸肌群肌力测定、IL-1、MMP-9变化量A组与B、C组比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 LFPU联合Mulligan手法能显著减轻膝关节炎的症状,增强关节活动度,减少炎症反应。 Objective To study the effect of mulligan manipulation combined with low frequency pulsed ultrasound (LFPU)in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 192 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group A (n =65) was treated by mulligan manipulation combined with LFPU. Group B(n=65) was treated by LFPU. Group C(n=62) was treated by mulligan manipulation. The visual analogy score (VAS), Lequene & Mery severity index score and flexor muscle testing, and IL-1,MMP-9 in the patients' knee joint fluid were evaluated before treatment and after 8 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment, the VAS and Lequene & Mery severity index score of group A were significantly lower than those in the group B and group C. Numerical variation before and after treatment of group A was significantly larger than the group B and group C. Conclusion The mulligan manipulation combined with LFPU in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can significantly relieve pain symptoms, enhance the capacity of joints.
