摘要
采用泡沫整理法对纺黏-熔喷-纺黏(SMS)非织造手术衣材料进行单面"三防"(防水、防酒精、防血液)整理.为了同时具有良好的单面"三防"效果和舒适性能,探讨了稳定型泡沫整理剂的成分及含量,以及该工艺的最佳焙烘温度和时间.试验结果表明:最佳整理剂配方是十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)质量分数为0.5%,羟乙基纤维素(HEC)质量分数为0.2%,羧甲基纤维素(CMC)质量分数为0.3%;最佳加工工艺是发泡温度为25℃,焙烘温度为130℃,焙烘时间为3min.经单面"三防"整理后,SMS材料的单面"三防"效果得到明显改善,同时材料具有较好的舒适性能.
Foam finishing method is used for anti-water, anti-alcohol and anti-blood finishing on one side of spunlaid-melt blowing-spunlaid （SMS） surgical gown material. In order to achieve good properties of three proofings on one side and comfort at the same time, solution composition, curing temperature and time were discussed. The research results show that the best formulation is as follows, mass fraction of SDS（sodium dodecyl sulfate） is 0.5%, mass fraction of HEC（hydroxyethyl cellulose） is 0.2%, mass fraction of CMC（carboxymethyl cellulose） is 0.3% the best foaming temperature is 25 ℃ the best curing temperature is 130℃ and the time is 3 min. After finishing, the SMS fabric performs good properties of three proofings on one side and comfort at the same time.
