摘要
孙思邈的《大医精诚》被认为是中国古代医学史上第一个系统阐述医德思想的文献。从概念史角度,利用概念分析的方法对《大医精诚》中相关思想史进行考察。《大医精诚》中"大医"概念,来自佛教"大医王"概念的本土化。起初"大医王"即为佛陀,佛陀拯救苦难众生的身体与灵魂,进而"大医"可指佛教故事中拯救世人躯体和灵魂痛苦的菩萨、信仰者。"大医"的概念随佛教传入中国并本土化,在梁简文帝《劝医论》中指通晓佛典,用医术拯救世人的医者即为"医王"(大医)。孙思邈"大医"概念当经过如是发展演变,成为《大医精诚》中的样貌。
Sun Simiao＇s ＂the Spirit of Great Physician＂,is regarded as the first systematic exposition of the theory of medical ethics in the history of ancient Chinese medicine.From the perspective of the concept history,the authors used the method of concept analysis to study the history.The concept of＂the great physician＂in ＂the great medical and sincere＂came from the localization of the concept of＂the Spirit of Great Physician＂.At first,＂the king of medicine＂was the Buddha,who saved the suffering of the body and the soul,and then ＂the great physician＂was referred to the Buddhist believers who save the body and the suffering soul.The concept of＂the great physician＂came to China with Buddhism and was localized.In the book of＂To Persuade the Healers＂,the emperor called any healers who believed in Buddhism and devoted themselves to saving the people＂king of medicine＂（doctor）.Sun Simiao＇s＂the great physician＂came from this.
