双切口内外侧钢板治疗高能量胫骨平台骨折65例临床研究

Clinical Study on 65 Cases of High Energy Tibial Plateau Fractures Treated with Double Incision and Internal Lateral Plate

摘要 目的分析双切口内外侧钢板治疗复杂性胫骨平台骨折临床疗效。方法方便选取从2011年6月—2015年10月该院收治的65例复杂性胫骨平台骨折,其中35例Schazker V型,30例Schazker VI型,采取双切口内外侧钢板内固定治疗,分析膝关节恢复情况以及胫骨平台内翻角、后倾角。结果骨折愈合时间平均为4个月,未出现关节面塌陷或者是内外翻畸形,优良率为81.53%。术后即刻、术后6个月胫骨平台内翻角及后倾角差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对复杂性胫骨平台骨折采用双切口内外侧钢板治疗,效果显著,具有临床应用价值。 Objective To analysis two incision and lateral plate for the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures in clin- ical efficacy. Methods Convenient selection 65 cases of complex tibial plateau fracture from June 2011 to October 2015 in- cluding 35 cases of Sehazker type V, 30 cases of Schazker type VL adopt double incision and lateral plate fixation, analysis of knee joint recovery and tibial plateau angle, angle. Results The fracture healing time averaged 4 months. There was no articular surface collapse or varus deformity, the excellent and good rate was 81.53%. Postoperative instantly, after six months of tibial plateau varus angle and angle without significant difference (P〉0.05).Condusion The treatment of com- plex tibial plateau fracture with double incision and lateral plate, the effect is significant, and it has the value of clinical application.
