摘要 目的了解医学生职业价值观现状,为相关机构针对性地引导医学生树立正确的职业价值观,促进医学生就业提供科学依据。方法 2016年3月—4月采用整群抽样的方法对川北医学院各年级、各专业在校学生用自制问卷进行现场调查。以EpiData2.1软件录入数据,SPSS19.0软件进行统计分析。结果 1共发放问卷1 110份,收回有效问卷1 067份,有效回收率96.13%。2医学生对"自己的认识"有待提高。3对"职业的认识"有其局限性。4对"职业规划的认识"严重不足。5对"职业价值观的认识"较为缺乏。结论医学生职业价值观表现出择业自主意识增强,实现职业价值途径多样化;职业价值取向多元化;职业选择行为矛盾性;职业期望目标理想化,学校等相关机构应加强医学生的职业价值观教育。 Objective To know the status of occupational values of medical students and provide scientific basis for the re- lated institutions to guide the medical students to establish a correct occupational values and promote the employment of medical students. Methods The college students of various grades and various majors in the North Sichuan Medical College were surveyed by the self-made questionnaire from March 2016 to April 2016, and the data were input by the EpiData2.1 software and the SPSS19.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results 1 110 pieces of questionnaires were issued, 1067 pieces of effective questionnaires were recycled, and the effective recycle rate was 96.13%. ①The self-awareness of medical students needed to be improved.②The awareness of occupation was limited.③The awareness of occupational plan was severely insufficient.④The awareness of occupational values was lack. ⑤Lack of understanding of professional values. Conclusion The professional values of medical students show the increased self-awareness of job-selecting, multiple ap- proaches of professional values, multiple professional orientations, contradiction of job-selecting behavior and ideal of occu- pational aspirations, and the related institutions such as school should enhance the professional value education of medical students.
