摘要
在当今医院档案管理中,数字化管理模式成为医院档案管理的主流,数字化管理模式顺应了当前数字化信息的时代,数字化管理是指将医院的各类档案以数据库的形式进行入档、管理。相比传统的档案管理方法来说,数字化管理已是大势所趋,大大提高了工作效率。当前,科学技术快速发展,日趋成熟,全球数字化时代已经成为趋势,医院档案管理也发生了变化,传统的档案管理模式已经不能满足医院档案管理的需求。通过分析可知,医院档案载体依然发生变化,以纸质为载体的信息形态已经逐渐被信息技术存储方式所替代,档案管理实现数字化已经成为医院档案管理改革的趋势。该文通过医院档案管理的数字化管理模式的现状、问题及策略进行分析,提出了医院档案数字化管理模式,以期提高医院档案管理水平,更好地满足医院发展需求。
In the current hospital file management, the digital management model has become the main stream of hospital file management, and the digital management model conforms to the present digital information era, the digital management refers to the file and management of various files in the hospital in a database form. Compared with the traditional file management method, the digital management is inevitable, which greatly improves the work efficiency. Currently, with the rapid development of science and technology and gradual maturity, the global digital era has become the trend, and the hospital file management has also taken an earthshaking change, and the traditional file management mode has failed to meet the demands of hospital file management, the analysis shows that the hospital file carrier still changes, and the information form taking paper as carrier has gradually been replaced by the information technical storage method, and the digital file management has already been the trend of hospital file management reform. The paper analyzes the status, issue and strategies of hospital file digital management mode and puts forwards the hospital file digital management mode in order to improve the hospital file management level and better satisfy the hospital development demands.
