摘要
目的研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者生活方式护理干预及效果。方法选择我院2014年2月~2015年11月慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者80例进行分组回顾分析。常规组采取常规护理,研究组在常规组基础上强化生活方式护理干预。比较两组患者遵医行为;疾病健康知识掌握评分、护理后6 min步行距离、住院时间;护理前和护理后患者最大呼气流速峰值、最大肺活量和第1秒用力呼气量的差异。结果研究组相较于常规组遵医行为更高,P〈0.05;研究组相较于常规组疾病健康知识掌握评分更高,护理后6 min步行距离更长,住院时间更短,P〈0.05;护理前两组最大呼气流速峰值、最大肺活量和第1秒用力呼气量相似,P〉0.05;护理后研究组相较于常规组最大呼气流速峰值、最大肺活量和第1秒用力呼气量改善更显著,P〈0.05。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期患者生活方式护理干预及效果确切,可有效提升患者健康知识掌握情况和遵医行为,改善患者肺功能,缩短住院时间。
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on life style of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in remission stage. MethodsRetrospective analysis of 80 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients in our hospital from February 2014 to November 2015 in our hospital. Routine nursing care was taken in the routine group,and the study group was given the routine group to strengthen the lifestyle nursing intervention. Comparison of two groups of patients＇ compliance behavior,health knowledge score after nursing,6 min walking distance, length of time,the difference before and after the nursing of patients with maximum peak expiratory flow rate,FVC and FEV1. Results The study group compared with the conventional group compliance higher,P〈0.05,the study group compared with the conventional group health knowledge score higher disease control,nursing after 6 min walking distance was longer,shorter hospital stay,P〈0.05,nursing in two groups before maximum peak expiratory flow rate,FVC and FEV1 similar,P〉0.05,nursing study group compared with the normal group the maximum peak expiratory flow rate,FVC and FEV1 improved significantly,P〈0.05. Conclusion Patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the life style of patients with the effect of nursing intervention is exact,can effectively improve the patient＇s health knowledge and compliance behavior,improve the patient＇s lung function,shorten the hospital stay.
