摘要
目的分析中药药浴治疗急慢性皮炎湿疹的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的86例急慢性皮炎湿疹患者为对象,按照收治时间不同分为对照组和研究组,各43例,对照组采用复方氟米松乳膏进行治疗,研究组采用中药药浴联合复方氟米松乳膏进行治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果、不良反应及复发情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药药浴治疗急慢性皮炎湿疹的临床疗效显著,复发率低。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional chinese medicine medicated bath on acute or chronic dermatitis eczema. Methods 86 patients with acute or chronic dermatitis eczema in our hospital were selected and divided into control group and research group,43 cases in each group. Control group was given compound flumetasone cream to treat,on the basis,research group was joint traditional Chinese medicine medicated bath,then observing the therapeutic effect,adverse reactions and relapse. Results The total effective rate of research group was higher than control（P〈0.05）,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than control（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional chinese medicine medicated bath has significant curative effect and less recurrence rate on acute or chronic dermatitis eczema.
