摘要
研究目的:在隧道钻爆法施工中,采用多大的风量进行通风排烟,并在规定的时间内使作业环境满足国家和行业标准,是隧道施工通风设计要解决的重要问题。目前,国内外隧道施工通风爆破排烟的风量计算公式大多都是基于MAC标准下的公式,还没有基于PC-STEL标准的现成计算公式可供采用,但要在隧道施工通风中推行国家标准,这个问题必须得解决。基于此,本文就隧道施工通风基于PC-STEL标准的爆破排烟风量的计算方法进行研究。研究结论:(1)隧道施工通风采用PC-STEL标准时,爆破排烟的风量计算公式与采用MAC标准时的计算公式是不同的,且在相同条件下,需风量较小,有利于节能;(2)不同的通风方式(送风式、排风式和混合式),采用PC-STEL标准时风量的计算公式各不相同;(3)本研究成果可用于隧道施工通风,指导施工通风设计,推进国家标准的应用。
Research purposes: The air volume and time needed for discharge of smog induced by tunnel drilling and blasting construction are the keys to tunnel construction ventilation design. The popular air volume calculation formula for discharge of smog is mainly based upon MAC standard, and there is no case about PC - STEL standard. As a result, analysis and study are made on air volume calculation using PC -STEL standard. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) The air volume calculation formula based on PC - STEL standard is different from that based on MAC standard, and the calculation result based on PC -STEL standard is smaller than that based on MAC standard under same conditions, and is beneficial to energy conservation. (2) The air volume calculation formulas for different ventilation modes ( i. e. air - supply mode, air - discharge mode and mixing mode), are different when using PC - STEL standard. (3) The research results can provide reference for tunnel construction ventilation and design, to promote the application of national standards.
