摘要
目的:观察浴舒洗液联合卤米松软膏治疗手部湿疹的疗效和安全性。方法:将120例手部湿疹患者随机分成三组。治疗组外用浴舒洗液联合卤米松软膏;对照1组单用卤米松软膏;对照2组单用浴舒洗液。对三组的疗效进行比较分析。结果:治疗组有效率为95.0%,对照1组有效率为72.5%,对照2组有效率为47.5%(P<0.05),三组均未见明显不良反应。结论:浴舒洗液联合卤米松软膏治疗手部湿疹安全有效。
Objective： To observe safety and efficacy of the Yushu washing liquor plus halometasone cream on hand eczema. Methods： 120 patients were divided into 3 groups. The treatment group was given the Yushu washing liquor plus halometasone cream; the control 1 group was given halometasone cream; the control 2 group was given the Yushu washing liquor. Efficiency in 3 groups were compared. Results： Efficiency was 95.0% in the treatment group, 72.5% in the control 1 group, and 47.5% in the control 2 group （P〈0.05）. There were no adverse reaction in 3 groups. Conclusion： The Yushu washing liquor plus halometasone cream on hand eczema is safe and effective.
