摘要
目的观察与探讨银翘散加减联合超声雾化吸入治疗急慢性咽喉炎的应用效果。方法 2013年8月到2016年1月选择在我院接收并医治的120例急慢性咽喉炎患者作为研究对象,根据入院顺序将患者分为观察组60例与对照组60例,对照组给予常规药物超声雾化吸入治疗,观察组给予银翘散加减联合超声雾化吸入治疗,观察两组预后情况。结果治疗后观察组的有效率(96.7%)明显高于对照组(83.3%),对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的临床症状评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,对比差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗过程中的不良反应都为过敏反应,不过观察组的发生率明显低于对照组(5.0%和20.0%),对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的血清Ig G4含量都明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),同时治疗后观察组的血清Ig G4含量也都明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银翘散加减联合超声雾化吸入治疗急慢性咽喉炎的疗效较好,临床使用未出现明显的不良反应,能有效改善临床症状与免疫功能,可作为急慢性咽喉炎中医诊疗规范化的一个参考方法。
Objective To observe and investigate the applying effects of Yinqiaosan decoction combined with ultrasound inhalation in the treatment of acute and chronic pharyngitis. Methods From August 2013 to January 2016, 120 acute and chronic pharyngitis patients in our hospital received and treated as the research object, accorded to the order of admission were divided into observation group and control group of 60 patients. The control group was given routine drug ultrasonic atomizing inhalation in the treatment, observation group were give Yinqiaosan decoction combined with ultrasonic atomizing inhalation in the treatment, observed prognosis in the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （96.7% and 83.3%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, the clinical symptoms of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was also statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The adverse reactions in the two groups were all allergic reactions, but the incidence of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （20.0% and 5.0%）, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. The serum IgG4 levels after treatment in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）, and the serum IgG4 levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Yinqiaosan decoction combined with ultrasound inhalation in the treatment of acute and chronic pharyngitis has better effects and does not appear obvious adverse reaction, it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and immune function. It can be used a reference method as acute and chronic pharyngitisChinese medicine standardization treatment .
