摘要
急性缺血性卒中是常见的脑血管疾病之一,进展性脑卒中(SIP)主要表现为早期神经功能恶化(END),在缺血性脑卒中患者中较常见。目前,SIP的确切发病机制尚未完全明确,缺少统一的预测指标,临床防治较困难。本文综述了SIP预测指标相关研究进展,为早期诊断及治疗SIP提供参考。
Acute ischemic stroke is one of common cerebrovascular disease,while stroke in progression is common in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Early neurological deterioration is the major manifestation of stroke in progression,but the exact pathogenesis of stroke in progression is not fully clear at present,so the predictive indicators is still not unified,is difficult for clinical diagnosis and treatment. This paper reviewed the progress on predictive indicators of stroke in progression,to provide references for early diagnosis and treatment.
