摘要
                
                    运用网络调研、体验测试、案例分析、统计归纳等方法对国内图书馆微信的移动信息服务现状进行基本认知,分析其主要服务内容、存在的问题并提出改进的对策与建议。认为其主要提供信息推送、借阅管理、资源检索、在线利用和参考咨询等服务;存在信息推送不连续、在线利用不充分、交流互动不活跃等不足;提出优化信息推送方式、拓展资源服务渠道、发挥微信互动功能等对策建议。
                
                This paper tries to investigate the application of WeChat in Chinese libraries and identify related problems and propose some improvement strategies by using of the methods of web survey,experience test,case analysis,and statistic induction etc. By analyzing the application of WeChat in domestic libraries,it obtains 5 main kinds of service mode,i. e. information push,borrowing management,resource retrieving,online using and reference,and points out that there exist some problems,for example,the information push is discontinuous, the resource utilization is insufficient, the exchange interaction is not active. Then, it proposes the improvement suggestions from 3 aspects: to optimize the information push mode,to expand the service channel,and to fully use the interactive function of WeChat.
