摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂KH560对棉织物进行预处理后,以氯化锌、硫酸锌、硝酸锌和醋酸锌作为锌源,用碳酸钠、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾作为碱剂调节反应溶液碱性,通过水热反应在棉织物表面一步完成氧化锌的附着和生长,形成粗糙的表面结构,制备出具有抗紫外线性能的功能性棉织物。优化的水热反应条件为:温度80℃,时间10min,锌盐浓度0.1 mol/L,反应液pH值12。结果表明,纳米氧化锌晶体在棉织物表面迅速成核和生长,晶体含量高,结晶性较好。获得的可控生长Nano-ZnO棉织物的UPF值可达到200以上,且具有良好的耐久性。
Nano-ZnO in-situ growing on the pre-coated cotton fabric with KH560 is carried out by hydro- thermal reaction with zinc chloride, zinc sulfate, zinc nitrate and zinc acetate as a zinc source and sodi- um carbonate, sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide as an alkali for adjusting pH value of the solu- tion, functional cotton fabric with anti-UV property is prepared. The optimum hydro-thermal reaction con- ditions are zinc salt of 0.1 mol/L, pH value of 12, and reaction at 80 ℃ for 30 min. The results show that the prepared cotton fabric features high content and crystalline perfection of nano-ZnO in-situ growing on the surface, and the nano-ZnO cotton fabric features good and durable anti-UV property up to more than 200.
