摘要
目的:研究不同程度深覆患者颈椎异常的发病率及其与颅面形态间的关系。方法:根据深覆程度将124例深覆患者分成3组作为实验组,48例正常覆患者作为对照组,检查颈椎融合、后弓发育缺陷的发病率,对头颅侧位片各测量指标与颈椎异常的关系进行相关性分析。结果:4组患者颈椎正常、颈椎融合、2个以上异常的发生率有统计学差异;4组测量值中PP-MP、SN-MP、SNB、ANB、A-N-Pog、ILs-PP、覆、覆盖值有统计学差异;其中PP-MP、ANB、A-N-Pog、ILs-PP、覆、覆盖与颈椎异常存在相关性。结论:深覆越重的患者其颈椎融合的发生率越高且2个以上变异的发生率也越高;下颌位置、上下颌间高度、覆牙合和覆盖与颈椎异常相关。
Objective：To observe the incidences of cervical abnormalities in patients with different level of deep overbite and the relationship between the craniofacial morphology and the incidences.Methods：The incidences of cervical abnormalities in 124 patients with deep overbite（classified into 3groups based on different level of deep overbite）and 48 subjects with neutral occlusion were counted,and the lateral cephalometric radiographs were measured and analyzed.Correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between cervical abnormalities and measurements.Results：The incidences of normal cervical,fusion anomalies and more than one deviation in the 4groups were statistically different.There were statistical differences in PP-MP,SN-MP,SNB,ANB,A-N-Pog,ILsPP,overjet and overbite among the 4groups.The cervical abnormalities were correlated with PP-MP,ANB,AN-Pog,ILs-PP,overjet and overbite.Conclusion：The incidences of fusion anomalies and more than one deviation increased with the level of deep overbite.The cervical abnormalities were correlated with mandibular position,vertical jaw relationship,overjet and overbite.
