摘要
中小学生的心理健康服务需求评估是中小学生心理健康服务工作顺利进行的必要前提。调查结果表明:中小学生在情绪低落时最主要的求助对象是同龄朋友,而求助老师的学生比较少;中小学生获得心理健康知识的途径比较单一;手机网络成为获取心理健康知识的主要途径之一;中学生普遍关注情绪问题和人际交往问题;农村对中小学生心理健康的重视度较城市低;部分中小学校缺少心理健康教师。改善这些问题可以从以下方面入手:构建学生互助心理辅导模式;加强心理健康知识的宣传;充分利用手机媒体;关注中学生的情绪问题;增强农村对心理健康的重视度;提高对心理健康老师的重视程度。
The investigation and assessment of primary and middle school students' needs for mental health service is the necessary precondition and significant basis of the mental health service. This research investigated the overall condition of primary and secondary students' mental health service needs, and also its influences. The results show that: when they' re unhappy, most of the primary and middle school students would turn to peers, but less to the teachers; primary and secondary students' way to get the knowledge of mental health is single; mobile phone network has become one of the main way to obtain knowledge of mental health; emotional and interpersonal problems attract most middle school students' extensive attention; rural area's recognition level of the primary and middle school students' mental health is lower than those of the city; and some elementary and secondary schools lack of psychology teacher. These problems can be solved from the following aspects: constructing the same-generation mutualassistance model; strengthening propaganda of the psychological health knowledge; making full use of the mobile media; paying more attention to middle school students' emotional problems; enhancing the emphasis of mental health in rural area; in addition, attaching great importance to psychology teacher.
