摘要
目的通过3D打印技术设计研发一种输尿管软镜训练模拟装置,用于提高输尿管软镜碎石技能、学习知识和积累经验。方法根据12例实际肾盂结石患者CT资料,计算机辅助设计并3D打印肾脏模型。应用简易评分表评估16位医师学习情况。其中资深医生8名(输尿管软镜碎石经验50例以上)、初级医师8名(未做过输尿管软镜碎石医师)对模拟训练器的实用性进行评价,同时评估找到目标肾盏时间、碎石时间及满意度评分。结果资深医师与初级医师在找到所有目标肾盏时间、碎石时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。15名(93.8%)医师认为模型对他们的输尿管软镜碎石技术提高有很大帮助,并且认为通过患者个体化打印模型有利于帮助提高碎石成功率。结论应用3D打印的输尿管软镜训练模型,可以明显缩短学习曲线,有利于年轻医师快速掌握操作技巧,制定个体化治疗方案、降低手术并发症及医疗费用。
Objective To develop a three-dimensional(3D) printing model for flexible ureter in order to improve technical skills,learning and experience accumulation in performing flexible lithotripsy.Methods 3D printing renal models by computer-aided design were produced according to CT data of 12 patients with kidney pelvis stone.Learning conditions of 16 physicians were evaluated using simple score table,in whom 8 practised physicians had finished flexible ureteral lithotripsy over 50 cases,and 8 primary physicians had no experience of flexible lithotripsy.Practicality,the time finding the target,time of stone clearance and satisfactory degree for printing model were evaluated.Results There were no significant differences in the time finding the target and time of stone clearance between the two groups(P〈0.05).The 15 physicians(93.8%) believed that the models were helpful to improving their shill of flexible lithotripsy,and the individual print models were helpful to improving the success rate of lithotripsy.Conclusion 3D printing models for flexible ureter can shorten learning time obviously,help primary physicians to grasping handling skill,making individual treatment plan and decrease complications and hospital costs.
