摘要
煤中氟检测的不确定度是煤炭分析中受影响因素较多的项目之一。对高温燃烧水解—氟离子选择性电极法测量煤中氟含量过程中的试剂、仪器、煤样质量、测量电位、氟电极实测斜率等不确定影响因素进行分析,指出采取准确配制试剂、确保仪器最佳状态、准确称取煤样质量、保持适当的通水蒸气时间及氧气流量、选择合适的标准工作溶液及水解冷凝液的p H值等措施,可提高其测定结果的准确度。以实测数据为例,阐述了煤中氟检测的不确定度评定方法,包括实验操作、不确定度来源的分析、合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度等内容,可为煤炭理化实验和有关人员提供参考。
The determination of fluorine content in coal was a project which was affected by many factors in the analysis of coal. The fac- tors which affected the measurement process such as reagents, experimental apparatus, weight of coal sample, duration of water vapor, ox- ygen flow rate, measuring potential, interfering ion and real measured slope of fluorine electrode were researched and discussed. It was indicated adopting the measurements such as making the reagents accurately,the optimal status of apparatus when it was checked, accu- rate sample weight, suitable duration of water vapor and oxygen flow rate, choosing the suitable standard working solution and pH value of hydrolysis condensate could improve the accuracy of determination. This article has made the detailed elaboration on uncertainty anal- ysis of fluoride detection of coal by using a particular practical example. It includes experimental operation, analysis of uncertainty source, combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty, providing helpful references for physical and chemical research of coal.
