摘要
普洱茶是以云南省一定区域内的云南大叶种晒青毛茶为原料,经过后发酵加工而成的散茶和紧压茶。普洱茶具有抑制肿瘤、抗氧化、减肥、降糖等多种生物活性。它主要含有茶多酚、茶色素、茶多糖等化学成分。文章就普洱茶的化学成分及生物活性的研究进行综述。
Pu-er tea is within a certain region of Yunnan Province, Yunnan big leaf kind of drying green Maocha as raw material, through the post fermentation processing of loose tea and compressed tea. Pu-er tea possesses comprehensive biological activities, such as tumor inhibition, oxidation resistance, anti-obesity and hypoglycemic effect, etc. It mainly contains tea polyphenols, tea pigments and tea polysaccharide, etc. The review presents chemical constituents and biological activities of Pu-er tea.
