摘要
全面分析了一种保护用软件频率跟踪算法的性能,论证了在无噪声干扰的情况下该算法的有效性。在此基础上提出了一种非连续的周期法测频的新思路。使得在系统正常运行和真正发生故障时均能正确测量系统频率,从而为保护的正确决策奠定基础。
A software based frequency tracking algorithm for protective relaying is analyzed thoroughly.in this paper,the availability of this algorithm under the non-noise condition is proved.On the basis of the above analysis,a new scheme based on discontinuous 'zero-crossing'algorithm to track the power frequency is proposed.Thus,the ac-curate power frequency is detected under the normal operation and faulted condition.In this way,the correct pro-tection decision is guaranteed under the most rigorous conditions.
