动物生理实验中学生动手和独立思考能力的培养 被引量:7

摘要 动物生理学是一门实验性学科,实验教学的首要目标是通过动手操作,利用可视的实验变化及结果,帮助本科生深入理解生理学现象背后所代表的生命活动规律,掌握动物生理学的重要基础理论和意义。在教学中注重对学生实践操作能力及独立思考能力的培养,对学生今后从事科研工作显得尤为重要。根据多年的教学经历,阐述了培养学生能动性的一些拙见,认为加强师生沟通,推动学生间的互助合作;调整不同专业学生教学侧重点;实验效果现场评价;着重培养学生即时讲述能力和重视生理学实验设计这五个方面的措施对提高教学质量,培养学生长期的研究兴趣起到了积极作用。 Animal physiology is the science that depends on experimental studies. The primitive destination of the experimental teaching is to help students understanding the mechanisms of physiological phenomena and the meaning of the basic conclusions from the practical studies,and is usually accomplished by teaching them to finish the experiments by themselves and observing the process in real time and giving conclusion in time. However,it believes that for teachers,emphasizing on the practicing by hands and thinking independently while they are performing the experiments are vital for cultivating their abilities and good habits for students' future studies. Accordingly,based on our teaching experiences,the following methods are vital for improving teaching effects,that are,enriching communication between students and teachers,and promoting students' mutual aids and cooperation; adjusting teaching key points according to their majors; evaluating the experimental results during the class; cultivating their oral expression ability towards explaining the reasons of the physiological phenomenon and paying more attention to their experimental designing. It is vital for improving teaching output to reach the primitive intentions and for cultivating long lasting interests in science.
