摘要
为改善某款小型SUV汽车前悬架运动特性,通过测量前麦弗逊式悬架的关键硬点坐标参数,并运用CCD式四轮定位仪对初始车轮定位参数进行测定,从而在ADAMS/Car中建立了其多体动力学模型。对其完成了双轮同向激励仿真试验以及设计合理性分析,运用主要目标法针对主销内倾角确定了其六个主要影响因素并对横摆臂球铰中心点的y、z坐标参数进行了优化处理,使其得到明显改善,同时致使前轮前束角也得到了一定优化。结果表明,该悬架仿真分析及优化方法能够高效地提高悬架系统的整体性能表现。
In order to improve the front suspension's movement characteristics of a small SUV, by measuring the front McPherson suspension's key hard point coordinate parameters, and using CCD type four-wheel on measuring initial wheel alignment parameters, thus the multi-body dynamics model is established in the ADAMS/Car. The double synthetic simulation experiments and the analysis of the design rationality are completed, the kingpin inclination's six major infl^nce factors are determined by using the method of main goal and the y,z coordinate parameters of the horizontal swing arm's ball joint center are optimized, made the kingpin inclination and the front wheel toe Angle got certain optimization at the same time. The results show that the suspension simulation analysis and optimization method can efficiently improve the overall pe^ormance of suspension syste~
