摘要
目的对自拟益气通络汤治疗缺血性脑梗死临床效果进行研究和分析。方法选取2015年4月-2016年4月在我院进行缺血性脑梗死治疗的患者100例为研究对象,随机分为西药组和联合组,每组50例,其中西药组患者给予常规西药治疗;联合组患者给予中西医结合治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、神经功能评分和中医证候评分。结果联合组患者的神经功能缺损情况、中医证候积分、临床疗效情况等均优于西药组（P〈0.05）,且两组患者均没有发生因用药导致的严重不良后果。结论对于缺血性脑梗死患者给予西药治疗基础上联合自拟益气通络汤治疗能够有效的改善患者脑组织缺血,促进肢体功能恢复,提高整体治疗效果,安全性较高,为理想的治疗方法之一。
Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of Yiqi Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of ischemic cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with ischemic cerebral infarction in our hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the study subjects, and were randomly divided into 50 groups, the western medicine group and the combined group, cases in each group, western medicine group were given conventional western medicine treatment, combined group of patients were given traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment, compared the two groups of clinical efficacy, neurological function score and TCM syndrome score. Results Combined group of patients with neurological impairment, TCM syndrome score, clinical efficacy, and other than the western medicine group（P0.05）, and the two groups of patients did not occur due to the serious adverse consequences of drug use. Conclusion The treatment can effectively improve the cerebral ischemia patients given western medicine on the basis of yiqi tongluo decoction combined with ischemic cerebral infarction, promote the recovery of limb function, improve the overall curative effect, high safety, is one of the ideal treatment methods.
