摘要
目的 探讨全程优质护理模式应用于初产妇的临床效果。方法 选取2014年1月-2016年1月在我院分娩的初产妇62例,分为研究组和对照组,各31例。对照组行常规护理措施,研究组采用全程优质护理模式。对两组产妇的剖宫产率、产后大出血发生率、泌乳功能及舒适度进行综合比较。结果 研究组剖宫产3例,占9.7%,对照组剖宫产11例,占35.5%,研究组剖宫产率低于对照组（P〈0.05）;两组产妇均无产后大出血发生（P〉0.05）;研究组产后泌乳开始时间早于对照组（P〈0.05）,研究组产后24 h、48 h的泌乳量评分均高于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组初产妇妊娠舒适情况明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 全程优质护理模式应用于初产妇效果显著,能有效降低产妇的剖宫产率,改善产后泌乳功能及舒适度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of entire process model of quality nursing care intervention and routine care on primipara.Methods 62 cases of delivery primipara in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were divided into research group and control group,31 cases in each groups.The control group were treated with routine care,the re- search group were treated with entire processmodel of quality nursing care intervention.Cesarean section rate,the inci- dence of postpartum hemorrhage,lactation and comfort rate were compared.Results The cesarean section rate of re- search group was 9.7%（n=3）,whieh was lower than 35.5%（n=11） of control group （P〈0.05）.Both of two groups had no maternal postpartum hemorrhage occurred （P〉0.05）.The lactation initiating time of research group was earlier than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Postpartum 24 h,48 h lactation scores was higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Comfort of research group was better than that of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Entire process model of quality nursing care intervention and routine care on primipara has exact effect.It can effectively reduce cesarean section rate and im- prove postpartum lactation and comfort rate.It＇s worthy of clinical widely used.
