摘要
目的 探讨综合护理干预对乳腺癌根治术患者生活质量的影响。方法 选择2014年2月-2015年10月我院诊治的行乳腺癌根治术患者60例进行研究,按照随机数字表法均分为两组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上给予综合护理。术后进行综合护理,护理6个月后,采用日常生活评定表对护理后两组患者生活质量进行评价,同时比较两组患者对护理的满意度。结果 护理结束后,观察组各项生活质量均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;观察组患者总满意度为96.67%,明显高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 综合护理干预能极大地提高乳腺癌根治术患者的生活质量,帮助患者恢复正常生活能力,对乳腺癌患者具有积极的意义。
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of life of patients with breast cancer after radical mastectomy.Methods 60 patients of breast cancer undergoing radical mastectomy were se- lected from February 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital.The patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Postoperative comprehensive care,nursing six months later, the use of daily life were assessed on the quality of life of two groups of patients were evaluated after treatment,and the satisfaction degree were compared.Re- suits After the treatment,the quality of life in the observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.patients＇ overall satisfaction in observation group （96.67%） was significantly higher than that of control group （80.00%）,with the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can greatly improve the quality of life of patients with breast cancer radical mastectomy,and help patients to restore normal living ability,and has positive significance for breast cancer patients.
