摘要
利用稻壳灰与NaOH溶液反应制备硅酸钠。通过正交试验法研究NaOH溶液的浓度、液料比(NaOH溶液与稻壳灰的质量比)、反应温度以及反应时间等工艺条件对SiO_2溶出率的影响。正交试验结果分析表明,NaOH溶液的浓度为6mol/L、液料质量比为1∶4、反应时间为180min、反应温度70℃时,所制备的硅酸钠纯度可达8.161 8%。按此实验推断,在NaOH溶液的浓度为5mol/L、液料质量比为1∶4、反应时间为150min、反应温度70℃时,所制备的硅酸钠产量高达23.193 7g。
This paper uses rice husk ash and NaOH solution to prepare sodium silicate.Through the orthogonal experiment method,the influence of the concentration of NaOH solution,liquid ratio(NaOH solution and the quality of rice husk ash ratio),reaction temperature and reaction time and process conditions on SiO2 dissolution rate is studied.The orthogonal experiment results show that the concentration of NaOH solution for 6mol/L,and liquid ratio of 1∶4,the reaction time of 180 min,reaction temperature 70 ℃ during the preparation,sodium silicate is 8.161 8% purity.According to the experiment the concentration of NaOH solution for 5mol/L,and liquid ratio of 1∶4,the reaction time of 150 min,reaction temperature 70 ℃during the preparation,sodium silicate production is as high as 23.193 7g.
