利用智能手机感知的移动医疗检测研究综述 被引量:12

摘要 综述利用智能手机感知的移动医疗检测的发展现状、关键技术和应用前景,分析目前移动医疗检测相关的智能手机内置芯片的原理、功能和应用,总结该领域近几年典型的应用系统;研究了利用智能手机感知的移动医疗检测系统的技术架构,即数据采集、数据汇聚和数据处理等技术,其关键技术包括大数据、传感网、模式识别和人工智能等;指出利用智能手机感知的移动医疗检测系统的不足和面临的挑战,包括医疗大数据的采集精度不高、传输效率低和数据处理能力差等;提出未来的研究方向,如医疗大数据处理以及利用智能手机检测心理健康等。 The research of smartphone-based mobile medical diagnosis (SMMD), including the development status, key technologies, challenges and future development, was reviewed. The working principles, functions and applications of built-in smartphone sensors for M-health detection as well as the latest works in the field of SMMD were analyzed. The technological architecture consisting of data acquiring, data aggregating and data processing for SMMD and key technologies including big data, sensor networks, pattern recognition and artificial intelligence were summarized. The shortcomings and challenges in the current research such as poor accuracy, slow transmission and poor processing of medical big data, and the further development and research of this field were proposed.
