摘要
以新型水乳液型改性醇酸树脂为主要成膜物质,优选中和剂、润湿分散剂、消泡剂、催干剂及流变助剂等,采用特殊工艺制备出性能良好的环境友好型水性醇酸面漆。结果显示其各项技术指标优异,特别是关键技术指标耐水性≥40h、耐盐雾性≥168h、耐人工气候老化性≥300h,并且其VOC≤20 g/L。
Environmentally friendly waterborne alkyd topcoat were prepared by new waterborne modified alkyd resin as binder, neutralizer, wetting agents, defoaming agents, drier and leveling agents etc.. Test results indicated that the technical index was good： water resistance ≥40h, salt-spray resistance ≥168h, artificial weatherability≥300h and VOC ≤20 g/L.
