摘要
目的:观察丹红注射液治疗老年高血压合并早期肾损伤的临床疗效。方法:选择200例2013年1月—2014年1月本院就诊老年高血压合并早期肾损伤的患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各100例。对照组口服贝那普利,治疗组在对照组的基础上静脉滴注丹红注射液。观察两组患者治疗后尿微量白蛋白(Microalbuminuria in urine quantitation,MAU)、血β2微球蛋白(β2-Microglobulin,β2-MG)、尿β2-MG、尿N-乙酰-B-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶(NAGE)、AngⅡ水平变化情况。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组MAU、血β2-MG、尿β2-MG、尿NAGE、AngⅡ水平有所改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液治疗老年高血压合并早期肾损伤有较好的疗效。
Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of Dan Hong injection on elderly hypertension in combination with early renal injury. Methods ：Two hundred patients with elderly hypertension in combination with early renal injury who were treated in our hospital between Jan. 2013 and Jan. 2014 were chosen as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 100 eases in each group. The ones in the control group were gwen benazepril for oral administration ,while the ones in the treatment group were added Dan Hong injection for Intravenous infusion based on the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ changes of microalbuminuria in urine quantitation （ MAU ）,β2-Microglobulin （β2-MG）, urine β2-MG, NAGE and Ang Ⅱ levels were observed. Results ：Compared with the control group,the treatment group＇s MAU ,blood β2- M, urine β2-MG, urine NAGE and Ang Ⅱ levels were improved, and the differences between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion：Dan Hong injection has a remarkable clinical curative effect on elderly hypertension in combination with early renal injury.
