摘要
对甘蔗渣栽培的3种侧耳菌糠的纤维组分及营养成分进行测定分析,实验结果显示,3种侧耳属菌糠纤维含量显著降低,多糖和粗蛋白明显提高,3种菌糠的半纤维素含量在10%左右,木质素含量均小于15%,多糖含量在9-15 mg/g之间,粗蛋白含量在6%-10%之间.
In this paper, the fiber components and nutritients of three kinds of the fungus chaff after bagasse cultivation were determined and analyzed. The results showed that the fiber content of three kinds of pleurotus fungus chaff decreased significantly, while polysaccharide and crude protein increased obviously. The hemi-cellulose content of three kinds of fungus chaff is around 10%, the lignin content was less than 15%, the polysaccharide content was between 9-15 mg/g, the crude protein content was between 6%-10%.
