摘要
探讨高效液相色谱-串联质谱定量测定棉花纤维中噻苯隆、敌草隆和环丙酸酰胺3种脱叶剂类农药残留的效果。样品经甲醇提取后浓缩至干,在电喷雾负离子多反应监测模式下进行检测,外标法定量。在优化试验条件后,该测量方法的线性范围为5μg/L^100μg/L,相关系数r2大于0.99。经测试,3种脱叶剂的加标回收率为80.2%~105.7%,相对标准偏差为3.6%~12.1%。认为该方法准确,简便,灵敏度高,可作为棉花纤维中脱叶剂类农药残留的可靠检测方法。
Effect of testing pesticide residue of three defoliant categories including thidiazuron,diuron and cy- clanilide in cotton fiber by high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was discussed. The sample was extracting by methyl alcohol then concentrated and dried. Detection was performed under monito- ring mode of negative electrospray ionization multiple reaction. External standard method was adopted for quanti- ration. After optimizing the test conditions, the linear range of the test method was 5 μg/L-100 μg/L and the correlation coefficient rz was larger than 0.99. After testing,the adding standard recoveries of the three defoliant were 80.2% - 105. 7% and the standard deviations were 3.6%-12.1%. It is considered that the test method is accurate,simple and with higher sensitivity. It can be used as a reliable method to test pesticide residue of defoli- ant category in cotton fibers.
