摘要
目的 探讨经颅二维及三维超声VOCAL技术观察新生儿海马结构形态特征及其与矫正胎龄的关系。资料与方法 回顾性分析2013年6月-2014年12月于福建医科大学附属第二医院超声科出生的183例新生儿矫正胎龄32~43周单胎新生儿海马结构的形态特征,经颅脑前囟矢状面扫描至旁矢状面侧脑室中央部-后角层面,并测量其长径、宽径、面积、周长,运用三维超声VOCAL技术测量其体积。采用相关分析评价各测量参数与矫正胎龄间的相关性。结果 新生儿的海马结构显示率为100%,形态呈“如意棒”形,矫正胎龄与海马各测量参数均呈正相关(长径:r=0.475,P〈0.01;宽径:r=0.234,P〈0.01;周长:r=0.540,P〈0.01;面积:r=0.428,P〈0.01;体积:r=0.537,P〈0.01)。结论 经颅脑超声可作为观察测量新生儿海马的有效技术手段,且海马径线与矫正胎龄具有一定的相关性。
Purpose To observe the hippocampus of newborns using two-dimensional trans-cranial ultrasonography and three-dimensional-VOCAL technique, and to explore the correlations between measured parameters and the corrected gestational age. Materials and Methods 183 singleton newborns with gestational age of 32-43 weeks were examined with trans-cranial ultrasonography for the morphology of hippocampus. The length, width, area, circumference of hippocampus were measured by scanning through the frontal fontanelle in sagittal view to the parasagittal plane of the lateral ventricle central partposterior horn using two-dimensional technique, and volume was measured using threedimensional-VOCAL technique. Correlation analysis was performed to evaluate measured diameters and corrected gestational age. Results The hippocampus was detected in 100% of the newborns. The hippocampus was in the shape of a Ru-Yi stick. There were positive correlations between ultrasound parameters and corrected gestational age(length: r=0.475, P〈0.01; width: r=0.234, P〈0.01; circumference: r=0.540, P〈0.01; area: r=0.428, P〈0.01; volume: r=0.537, P〈0.01). Conclusion Trans-cranial ultrasonography is effective in hippocampus examination, and the diameters of hippocampus are positively related with corrected gestational age.
