摘要
环境是人类生存发展的物质基础,也是与人类健康密切相关的重要条件。环境的变化可对人类的生活与健康造成重要的影响,尤其是对于直接暴露于外界环境下的眼表组织,其影响是显而易见的。本文中笔者就环境因素相关眼表疾病的研究进行评述,并重点阐述环境因素导致的干眼和过敏性结膜炎两大眼表疾病,对其流行病学现状、与环境的关系、临床特征、诊断、治疗及预防进行全面的描述。
Environment is the material basis for human survival and development and it is closely related to human health conditions. Changes in the environment can have an important impact on human life and health, especially for the tissue of ocular surface, which is directly exposed to the outside environment. The effect is obvious. In this paper, we briefly introduced the study of ocular surface disease related to environmental factors. Two kinds of ocular surface diseases can be induced by environmental factors. They are the allergic conjunctivitis and dry eye. Their epidemiological ststus, relationship with environment, clinical features, diagnosis, treatment and prevention were introduced in detail.
