摘要
为了从地面控制随钻地层压力测量系统,研制了一套基于钻井液脉冲的下传指令接收装置。该装置通过测量管柱压力和钻铤转速,采用互相关算法提取压力脉冲信号的上升沿和下降沿位置,实现了对钻井液脉冲的指令接收和解码。数值试验表明,互相关算法是提取钻井液脉冲压力信号上升沿和下降沿的有效算法,通过将钻铤零转速作为接收下传指令的前置条件,软件自动调用解码算法,降低了误码风险。室内试验和现场试验结果表明,所研制的装置解码算法简单实用,具有高可靠性、低误码率的特点,能够满足随钻地层压力测量系统的实际需求。
In order to control the FPWD (Formation Pressure While Drilling) system from the surface, a downlink instruction receiver is developed based on the pressure pulse signal of drilling fluid. By measuring the pressure in the drill string and the RPM of drill string, the receiver decodes the downlink instructions with the cross-correlation algorithm which extracts the locations of rising and falling edges from pressure pulse signals. The numerical experiments verify that the cross-correlation algorithm is efficient in process-ing the pressure pulse signals of drilling fluid and risk in the decoding error is low, which sets the rotation speed of the drill string to zero as the precondition and automatically invokes the decoding program. The data from both lab and field tests have verified that the receiver could satisfy the FPWD system with simple design, high-reliability and low error rate.
