摘要
现代信息技术改变了高校图书馆的信息环境,使得图书馆服务模式由"以文献为中心"向"以用户为中心"转变。"以用户为中心"服务模式是对"以文献为中心"服务模式的扬弃,对用户具有更强的开放性,业务更具动态变化的特点。高校图书馆在构建"以用户为中心"服务模式过程中,需要建立用户驱动的工作机制,设计以用户为中心的工作流程,建立基于用户体验的考核评价机制,有计划地提高馆员综合素质,利用外部资源保持图书馆技术设备的先进性。
Modern information technology changes the information environment of univebraries li-braries, and makes the service mode turn from document-centered to user-centered. The user-centered service mode is the development and discarding of the document-centered service mode. It’s more open to users and more dynamic in business. To build a user-centered service mode , the library needs to es-tablish a user-driven working mechanism and evaluation mechanism based on user experience,design the user-centered work flow, improve comprehensive quality of librarians designedly, and maintain the advanced nature of the technology and equipment of the library by utilizing external resources.
