摘要
目的:比较系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者与正常对照者血清中硫化氢(H_2S)浓度的差异,分析H_2S浓度与病情及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)浓度的相关性。方法:73例SLE患者及30例健康对照者于早晨空腹采集静脉血4 mL,分离并收集血清,用亚甲基蓝法检测血清中H_2S浓度,用酶循环法检测Hcy浓度。统计比较不同病情SLE患者与对照者血清中H_2S浓度是否具有差异,分析SLE患者血清H_2S浓度与Hcy浓度的相关性。结果:病情无活动的SLE患者血清中H_2S水平与对照组无明显差异(t=0.83,P>0.05);病情中度、重度活动的SLE患者血清中H_2S水平低于对照组、病情无活动和轻度活动者(t值分别为7.59、5.59、4.11,P值均<0.01);SLE患者血清中H_2S水平与Hcy浓度呈负相关(r=-0.75,P<0.01)。结论:血清中H_2S水平与SLE患者病情密切相关,可能在SLE发生和发展中起重要作用。
Objective:To evaluate serum H2S and Hcy concentrations in patients with SLE and to discuss the correlation between different H2S and Hcy concentrations with disease severity. Methods: 73 patients with SLE and 30 healthy controls were selected for the research according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Serum level of H2S and Hcy were tested in SLE patients and healthy controls. One-way ANOVA was used to compare the concentration of H2S between SLE patients and healthy controls. Regression analysis was performed by Spearman rank correlation co- efficients. Results: Serum level of H2S in patients with low SLEDAI score (SLEDAI ≤4) showed no obviously difference with that in the healthy controls (P 〉 0.05 ). Serum level of HaS in pa- tients with high SLEDAI score (SLEDAI ≥ 10) was lower than those in the other three groups(P 〈 0.01 ). Serum level of HaS was correlated negatively with Hcy concentration in SLE patients( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions: The concentration of serum H2S is closely corelated with the disease activity of SLE which might be involving in the pathogenesis of SLE.
