摘要
本文就饲粮中营养性添加剂、中草药添加剂和微生物添加剂对土鸡肉品质的影响进展进行了综述,为今后从品种、性别、营养水平等方面调控肉质提供参考。
This paper reviewed the influence factors of improving the meat quality of local chicken, such as nutritional additive, Chinese herbal medicine and microbial additives, aimed at providing reference for improving the meat quality from the breed, sexuality and nutrient levels.
