摘要
目前,对于瘦素调节糖代谢的机制报道较少,瘦素调节的可能机制是瘦素可以激活下丘脑弓状核和室旁核神经元上的瘦素受体,通过中枢神经系统下行通路,阻止肝糖异生,促进骨骼肌等外周组织摄取和利用血糖,并降低生长激素、糖皮质激素和胰高糖素等升糖激素浓度,增加IS、改善IR等。对瘦素调节糖代谢的机制的深入研究,有助于全面评估其在糖尿病降糖治疗中的价值和风险。
The regulation of leptin on glucose metabolism is still unknown. The possible mechanism includes the activation of leptin receptor in hypothalamic arcuate nucleus and nuclei paraventricularis. This activation may inhibit fat decomposition and gluconeogenesis in the liver; improve glucose uptake and utilization in the peripheral tissue;reduce the levels of growth hormone, glucocorticoid and glucagon and improve insulin sensitivity. Further attempt to explore the mechanism of leptin regulating on glucose metabolism will help to evaluate the potential effect of leptin in the treatment of diabetes.
