摘要
以丰满水电站坝下至九站河段作为研究对象,量化评价其对下游吉林市区河段水环境质量的增益补偿作用,论证坝下江段工业发展空间,为从根本上解决坝址下游水环境治理问题提供理论依据,也为丰满水电站重建后环境影响综合效应、累积效应及变化趋势研究打下基础。
Taking the river section from the downstream of Fengman Dam to Jiuzhan as research object, the gain compensation on water environment quality of river section in Jilin City downtown area is quantitatively evaluated, and the industrial development space in downstream river area of Fengman Dam is demonstrated. This evaluation will provide a theoretical basis to fundamentally solve water environment issues of downstream river section of Fengman Dam, and provide a foundation for the researches of combined effect, cumulative effect and change trend of environment impact after the reconstruction of Fengman Hydropower Station.
