摘要
目的:评价牙科手术显微镜在疑难根管治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2012年6月-2014年12月期间收治的128颗患牙共330个根管,经过初步评估无法行常规根管治疗或效果不佳,按根管遗漏、根管钙化、器械分离、充填不完善、穿孔分为5组,在牙科手术显微镜辅助下进行治疗,治疗结束后对所有病例进行随访追踪以评价其治疗成功率。结果:探查遗漏根管的成功率为93.62%、疏通钙化根管的成功率为83.95%、取分离器械的成功率为70.59%、根管再治疗的成功率为80.92%、修补穿孔的成功率为81.25%。结论:牙科手术显微镜能有效提高不同类型疑难根管治疗的成功率。
Objective： To evaluate the application of dental operating microscope in difficult root canal therapy.Methods： Collect the treatment data information of 330 difficult root canals in 128 teeth which were treated under dental operating microscope between Jun 2012-Nov 2014. That were divided into 5 groups about canal missing,root canal calcification,instruments broking,imperfect filling and root canal perforation. Results： The success rates of different categories of treatment were,93. 62% for exploration of missed canals,83. 95% for dredging calcified root canal,70. 59% for taking separation equipment,80. 92% for root canal retreatment,and 81. 25% for repair root canal perforation. Conclusion： Dental operating microscope have high success rates in many different types of difficult root canal therapy.
