摘要
目的:确定荜拨中胡椒碱的最佳提取方法。方法:采用正交试验方法,寻找最佳的提取方案。结果:通过正交试验设计数据可知,最佳实验条件为:乙醇浓度80%、提取次数2次,提取时间40min。结论:该条件可以准确、有效地提取胡椒碱。
Objective： Determination of piperine in extraction method Methods： According to the orthogonal test method, find the best extraction scheme. Results：. From the orthogonal experimental design data, the best experimental conditions were： ethanol.concentration 80%, extraction times 2 times, extraction time was 40min .Conclusion： the conditions can be accurate, effective alkali extraction of pepper.
