摘要
依据相关法律法规,系统分析了水利工程施工招标文件审查的基本原则,从10个方面详细阐述了水利工程施工招标文件审查的主要内容。
According to the relevant laws and regulations, the basic principles of the bidding documents review for the construction of water conservancy projects are systematically analyzed in this paper. The main contents of the review are expounded from 10 aspects.
