腰椎后路融合内固定术后近端邻近节段迟发性感染3例报告 被引量：9

摘要 腰椎后路减压融合内固定术后出现手术部位急性感染或迟发性感染均比较常见，发生率为1．9％～4．4％。但是。腰椎后路融合术（PLIF）术后邻近节段出现迟发性感染的病例未见报道。我们诊治3例PLIF术后近端邻近椎间隙迟发感染的患者，报告如下。
