Frequency selective design of ultra wideband low noise amplifier

摘要 基于ADS和MATLAB平台,设计一种新的具有频带选择性的多谐振负载网络,并构建了一种具有频带选择性的超宽带低噪声放大器,使之既能够屏蔽来自授权频带WLAN信号的干扰又同时放大UWB的信号。在3.1 GHz^10.6 GHz的频带范围内对其仿真获得结果为S11小于-10 d B,最大增益为20.23 d B,最小噪声系数为4.25 d B以下。 The paper designed a new multi-resonant load network with frequency selective and built a kind of self-selective ultra wideband low noise amplifier that could filter out WLAN interferers while amplifying the UWB signals. In the 3.1-10.6 GHz band it has following simulation results:an input reflection of less than -10 dB,a peak gain of 20.23 dB,minimum noise figure of less than 4.25 dB.
